Women in Aviation is dedicated to providing networking, education, mentoring, and scholarship opportunities (over $11 million since its creation) for both women and men who strive for careers in the aviation and aerospace industries. WAI also aims to promote public understanding of notable American women in the aviation industry.
AUXAIR aviators volunteer their aircraft and/or time on Coast Guard missions including Search and Rescue, Marine Safety, and Pollution Response.
The Civil Air Patrol CAP is a volunteer organization with an aviation-minded membership that performs emergency services, disaster relief operations, aerospace education & cadet programs for youth, and American Red Cross missions.
