EDUCATION
- Part of the General Aviation Council of Hawaii’s missions is to further education within the State of Hawaii. GACH does this through fly-ins, air shows, educational classes and other general aviation activities designed to improve pilot enjoyment and to facilitate aviation education

The fourth version of the bill stalled in the House Committee on Finance after deleting the exemption on state procurement code.
