      Recently Hawaii has experienced several Take-off incidents that have resulted in aircraft damage. The insurance industry is questioning the quality of training and proficiency of our pilots. Our insurance rates are sky rocketing.

      What are we doing wrong and what is the fixes?

      What is your technique for x-wind take-offs? Private pilot need to demonstrate a soft field take-off for certification, what is your technique for those?
