N1366T is a PA-28R-200, 1973 Piper Arrow 2. A perfect airplane for up-and-coming commercial pilots or initial CFIs to get their complex time or for serious pilots wanting to fly interisland at reduced costs. The airplane has 10434 total time and the last annual was December 2015 (the transponder and pitot/static/ELT are also overdue). The engine has a factory overhaul engine that has 3987 hours since last overhaul (same for the propeller). The airplane was repossessed from a flight school for failure to maintain the airplane and breach of the promissory note. The propeller is three-bladed, which makes the airplane quiet and fuel efficient. The avionics are dual comm/nav King 165/155 units (flip-flop), DME, transponder, autopilot, and intercom (no ADS-b). The airplane is parked at Kalaeloa and is not flyable (so no test flights). I highly recommend the buyer put in a newly overhauled Lycoming IO-360-C1C engine (approximately $28K). All maintenance records are available. The airplane is offered as “as is and where is” (must remove or take over tie down ownership within 30 days of transfer).
